Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Access is offered on a monthly (₹99) or annual (₹999) subscription, processed securely via PayU. Before paying, you can preview three Neuropsychology topics free of charge, so you can evaluate the portal first.

2. No refunds once activated

This is digital educational content that is unlocked and available to you immediately on payment. For that reason, all subscription fees are non-refundable once your access has been activated — including for partly-used periods, change of mind, or lack of use. By subscribing you acknowledge and accept this.

3. The only exceptions

A verified duplicate or accidental charge (you were billed twice for the same period), or
A confirmed failure on our side to provide the access you paid for that we are unable to fix.

If either applies, contact us within 7 days of the charge through our contact form with your registered email and PayU Payment ID. Approved corrections are returned to the original payment method via PayU, typically within 5–7 working days.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your access then continues until the end of the current paid period and is not renewed. Cancelling does not refund the current period (see section 2).

5. Free access

Where access has been granted free of charge (e.g. by the administrator for a friend or for outreach), no payment is taken and no refund applies.

6. Contact
