These terms govern your use of the MindField Psychology portal. By creating an account or using the portal, you accept them.

1. The service

MindField Psychology provides original educational study material for psychology students. It is a study aid, not a substitute for your prescribed textbooks, university teaching, or professional/clinical advice. Three Neuropsychology topics are free to preview; all other content requires a paid subscription.

2. Accounts & device limit

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts and access are personal and non-transferable.

Your account may be used on at most two (2) devices.
We monitor the number of devices per account. Accounts that share a login or exceed the device limit may be paused, suspended, or revoked without refund.
If your access is paused for this reason, contact us through the contact form to resolve it.

3. Acceptable use

Use the content for your own study only.
Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post our content.
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Intellectual property

All explanatory text and diagrams on the portal are original works owned by us. Referenced textbooks and papers remain the property of their respective authors/publishers and are cited only as references. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the content while your account is active.

5. Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout and processed by PayU. Subscriptions are non-refundable once access is activated — please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

6. Accuracy & disclaimer

We work hard to keep content accurate and cite standard sources, but we make no warranty that it is error-free or complete, and it should not be relied upon for clinical, medical, legal, or examination-outcome guarantees. Always cross-check important details (e.g. diagnostic criteria) against current authoritative sources. The service is provided "as is".

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms (e.g. login sharing, misuse). You may close your account at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the portal is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding [3] months.
